Stephan H. Parker, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. ParkerDr. Parker has been providing the highest quality orthodontic care to his community since 1988. His goal is to help all of his patients throughout Northeast Ohio get a great smile. He achieves this through customizing each treatment plan to the individual patient, ensuring that each person's unique needs are met, and that each patient enjoys the best, most beautiful results!

Dr. Parker is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, where he received his undergraduate, dental and master's degrees, as well as his specialty certification in orthodontics. He has a passion for learning and believes that education is a lifelong process, which is why he continues to expand and sharpen his skills with the latest cutting-edge orthodontic techniques and technologies through regular continuing education courses and conferences.

An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, Dr. Parker has been published in several orthodontic journals and has participated in research with residents at Case Western Reserve University Department of Orthodontics. He also taught orthodontics at Case Western Reserve University for seven years as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthodontics. He is a noted lecturer and his research has been presented at a national meeting and published in a prominent orthodontic journal. He is a Past President of both the Greater Cleveland Dental Society and The Cleveland Society of Orthodontists, and an active member in many leading dental and orthodontic professional organizations, including the:

  • Greater Cleveland Dental Society
  • Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity
  • Pierre Fauchard Academy

Dr. Parker enjoys giving back to the community which has given him so much. He often speaks to local elementary schools on a range of oral hygiene topics, and has been a Basic Aid Training safety instructor for the last 17 years. He sponsors many activities in the community, including local sporting teams, school functions, and voice and theater groups. He has been quoted in local newspapers and magazines. And he has recently been elected to his fifth term as a Mayfield Village Councilman.

When not volunteering in the community or in his office, Dr. Parker enjoys playing tennis, photography, and spending time with his family.

Mindy J. Streem, D.M.D., M.S.

Dr. StreemDr. Mindy J. Streem is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics (Board Certified), a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and The American Dental Association.  She is also a member of the Ohio Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society.

Mindy grew up in Toledo, Ohio.  She graduated from The University of Michigan Summa Cum Laude with both a degree in Voice Performance from the School of Music and a degree in Biology from the School of Literature, Sciences and the Arts.  Through her vocal training, she specialized in performing classical music and operatic arias in more than 5 different languages. Mindy performed the National Anthem at The University of Michigan’s commencement ceremony in 2001 on the 50-yard line at Michigan’s football stadium. For many years, she volunteered to sing at many events for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Michigan and Massachusetts branches of the Special Olympics.

Mindy attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM), which consisted of two years of training at Harvard Medical School and two years at the dental school. During this time, Mindy served as Vice President of Harvard School of Dental Medicine and as President of the school’s chapter of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. Mindy earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from HSDM in 2005. After graduating from Harvard, Mindy earned her Master of Science degree and certificate in Orthodontics at The University of Michigan in 2008. After her residency, Mindy worked as a full time orthodontist in Chesapeake, Virgina while her husband completed his residency in periodontics. Since moving to Cleveland, she has been in private practice.

Mindy loves attending continuing education courses about new developments in the orthodontic field.  Along with singing and attending musicals, operas and plays, Mindy also loves collecting antique books, traveling and seeing her many loving friends that she has met during her many years of education. Mostly, she loves to spend time with her family and loves to read, exercise and write poetry.

Mindy is married to Dr. Jason Streem, who is a periodontist. Her father-in-law is also a dentist.  Mindy and Jason have 2 children!
